1. Introduction
WorkFlowPerfection ("WFP", "we", "us") builds construction operations software for pool builders and general contractors. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use our software, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We aim to keep this short and concrete. If something is unclear, write to us at [email protected].
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, deliver the software, and run the business. Specifically:
- Contact form information: name, company name, email, phone (optional), and the message you send via our demo or contact forms.
- Account information: if you become a customer, the data you and your team enter into the WFP platform (projects, work orders, subcontractors, customer records, files).
- Server logs: standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) retained briefly for security and debugging.
- Essential cookies: small files used to keep the site functional. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We do not buy lists, scrape contacts, or run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Reply to demo requests and customer inquiries.
- Provide and maintain the WFP platform for active customers.
- Send service emails (transactional notifications, security alerts, billing).
- Improve the product based on aggregated, non-identifying usage signals.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How We Share Information
We share data only with vendors who help us operate the service, under contracts that bind them to confidentiality and the same standards we hold ourselves to. Today this is limited to:
- Email delivery: Resend (transactional email).
- Hosting and infrastructure: Cloudflare (CDN, edge functions, DNS).
- Database and storage: the cloud provider that hosts the WFP application data, secured under industry-standard encryption.
We will also share information when legally required (subpoena, court order) or when needed to protect users from harm, fraud, or security incidents.
5. Data Retention
Demo and contact-form messages are retained for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then archived. Customer account data is retained for the life of the contract and for up to 90 days after termination, after which it is permanently deleted unless legally required to be retained longer (for example, financial records under tax law). Server logs are rotated within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or similar state laws. These commonly include the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal exceptions).
- Opt out of receiving non-transactional emails at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days).
7. Security
We use HTTPS site-wide, encrypt customer data at rest, restrict employee access on a need-to-know basis, and run automated security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, Permissions-Policy) on every page. No internet-facing system is perfectly safe; we work to make compromise difficult and respond to incidents quickly.
8. Children’s Privacy
WFP is a B2B product. Our website and software are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it.
9. International Transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify active customers by email.
11. Contact
