1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit. They help the site remember things between page loads (like whether you are signed in) and help us understand which pages are working. This page explains which cookies WorkFlowPerfection ("WFP") uses, why, and how you can control them.
2. Cookies We Use
We use only the cookies needed to run the site and the WFP application securely. We do not run advertising trackers, behavioral profilers, or third-party analytics that build cross-site profiles.
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Session | Keeps you signed in to the WFP application during a browsing session. | Session |
| CSRF token | Protects forms from cross-site request forgery attacks. | Session |
| Cloudflare | Set by our hosting provider for security and bot protection. | Up to 30 days |
These cookies are categorized as strictly necessary. Disabling them may break sign-in, form submission, or core site functionality.
3. Third-Party Cookies
We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this website. If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool in the future (e.g., a self-hosted Plausible instance), we will update this page and the table above before it goes live.
4. Managing Cookies
Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies. The links below are reliable starting points:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking essential cookies will prevent the WFP application from working correctly. The site will still load.
5. Do Not Track
Because we do not run cross-site tracking, the Do Not Track signal does not change anything in our setup. If we add tools that respect DNT in the future, this section will be updated.
6. Changes to This Policy
We will update this page if we change the cookies we use. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
