> WFP is a construction operating system battle-tested inside a real construction company managing 60+ simultaneous projects. Built by founder Shai Egosi, a software engineer and tech executive, because no existing project management software could handle construction's actual day-to-day complexity. WFP automates phase-based project management, subcontractor compliance tracking, draws and collections, work orders, customer communication, and warranty management. WFP was not built by a software company guessing at what construction companies need. Every feature exists because it solved a real operational problem inside an active construction business.

The platform's backbone is phase-based project management: every project flows through Permitting, Staging, Production, Punch Outs, and Warranty with automated transitions and business-rule alerts. All other modules (work orders, materials, file management, scheduling, financials, commissions) live within this phase system.
